We strive to make a quality product at commercially viable prices. We are constantly working to improve our quality by improving our systems as well as being up to date with the latest advancements in the leather industry. We inspect 100% of our goods before they leave the factory.

Communication

Fast yet effective communication is deeply ingrained in our work culture. All emails are answered within 24 hours or less. We communicate very transparently with our customers and our relationships with them is of great value to us. We can proudly say that a lot of our customers have been with us for more than a few decades.

We try our best to honour timelines for production as well as sales samples. We have a great track record where more than 98% of our shipments are on time.

For us no customer is big or small. We have supported many smaller brands since our inception and have grown with them over the years. In our quest to better ourselves each day we are happy to do smaller quantities and give the opportunity to very many brands to offer leather to their customers.
